Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the pk345 platform available at pk345.co (hereinafter "pk345", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the User", "Player", "you") unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"), along with any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the pk345 platform. Continued use of pk345 following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and pk345. You are advised to save or print a copy of these Terms for your records.

Eligibility

Access to and use of the pk345 platform is strictly subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age to register, deposit funds, or participate in any gambling activity on pk345. pk345 does not permit access by minors under any circumstances. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time and to suspend accounts pending age verification.
• Jurisdiction: You are solely responsible for determining whether your access to and use of pk345 is lawful under the laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. pk345 makes no representation that the platform is legally available in your location. Pakistani players are reminded that online gambling regulations in Pakistan are subject to change and it is your personal legal responsibility to confirm compliance before participating.
• Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one active pk345 account. Duplicate or multiple accounts belonging to the same person are prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of balances.

pk345 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to refuse access or close accounts where eligibility requirements are not met.

Account Registration & Verification

To use pk345's real-money features, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, valid email address, Pakistani mobile number, date of birth, and any other information requested.

Know Your Customer (KYC): pk345 is required to verify the identity of players, particularly in connection with withdrawals above specified thresholds. You may be required to submit a copy of your valid Pakistani National Identity Card (CNIC), a recent utility bill or bank statement as proof of address, and/or a photograph for facial verification. Failure to provide adequate KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in withdrawal processing delays or account suspension.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your pk345 login credentials. pk345 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account caused by your failure to protect your credentials. You must notify pk345 immediately via [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

Deposits & Withdrawals (PKR)

All financial transactions on pk345 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The following payment methods are currently supported:

• JazzCash (mobile wallet — instant deposit processing)
• Easypaisa (mobile wallet — instant deposit processing)
• HBL (Habib Bank Limited — bank transfer)
• UBL (United Bank Limited — bank transfer)
• Meezan Bank (Islamic banking transfer)
• Bank Alfalah (bank transfer / Alfa mobile app)

Minimum deposit: Rs 200. pk345 reserves the right to modify minimum deposit and withdrawal thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.

Withdrawal processing: Withdrawal requests from verified accounts are processed as promptly as operationally possible. Processing times vary by payment method. Mobile wallet withdrawals (JazzCash, Easypaisa) are typically faster than bank transfers. pk345 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party banking or payment processing systems.

Matching of payment channels: Withdrawals are generally processed to the same payment channel used for deposits unless otherwise agreed in writing. This is a standard anti-money-laundering control.

pk345 reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing withdrawal requests if unusual transaction patterns are detected, in compliance with applicable anti-money-laundering obligations.

Bonuses & Promotional Offers

From time to time, pk345 may offer bonuses, free bets, deposit matches, or other promotional incentives to registered players. The following general terms apply to all pk345 promotions unless otherwise stated in the specific offer terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be met before any associated funds can be withdrawn. Specific wagering multiples will be disclosed in the individual promotion terms.
• Bonus funds may only be used on eligible games as specified in the promotion. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements.
• pk345 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. In cases of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim a single bonus — pk345 reserves the right to void bonuses and close affected accounts without prior notice.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred.
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All bets placed on pk345 — including sports betting markets such as cricket (PSL, international matches), UFC, football, and all casino game wagers — are governed by the following general rules:

• All bets are final once confirmed. pk345 does not accept requests to cancel or reverse confirmed bets except in circumstances specified in individual game or market rules (e.g., event cancellation, clear technical error).
• In the event of a manifest error — including incorrect odds published due to technical fault — pk345 reserves the right to void affected bets and refund stakes to player accounts.
• Live in-play betting markets operate on the understanding that market availability may change rapidly. Bets accepted are binding regardless of subsequent market movements.
• pk345 reserves the right to impose individual betting limits on any account at any time.
• RNG casino game outcomes are determined by independently certified random number generation software. pk345 does not manipulate game outcomes.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on pk345 and may result in immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and/or legal action:

• Using software, bots, scripts, or automated systems to interact with pk345 in a manner not intended for ordinary players
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Attempting to exploit technical errors, bugs, or loopholes in the platform
• Using fraudulent, stolen, or unauthorised payment instruments
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Any activity that constitutes or could constitute money laundering
• Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions or claim multiple bonuses
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or offensive conduct toward pk345 staff or other users

Intellectual Property

All content on the pk345 platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, data, and the pk345 brand name — is the exclusive intellectual property of pk345 or its licensed suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the pk345 platform for personal entertainment purposes only. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, transmit, display, or create derivative works from any pk345 content without prior written consent from pk345.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, pk345 shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of funds resulting from gambling activity on the platform — gambling inherently involves risk and all bets carry the possibility of financial loss
• Interruption to the platform caused by technical failures, maintenance, or events outside pk345's reasonable control including internet outages, power failures, or acts of God
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of pk345
• Delays in payment processing caused by third-party banking providers

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any matter that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Account Suspension & Closure

pk345 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases involving:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited activity
• Receipt of a chargeback from a payment provider
• Court order, regulatory direction, or law enforcement request

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, pk345 reserves the right to withhold any balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, any remaining balance will be returned to the player via the original deposit method after deducting applicable bonus funds.

Responsible Gaming

pk345 is committed to promoting safe and responsible gambling. As a condition of using the platform, all players acknowledge that:

• Gambling is a form of entertainment and should never be viewed as a source of income
• Gambling with money needed for essential expenses (rent, food, utilities, family obligations) is strictly inadvisable
• Players should set personal deposit limits, loss limits, and session time limits using the tools available in their pk345 account settings

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of a dispute arising from your use of pk345, we encourage you to contact our support team at [email protected] in the first instance to seek an informal resolution.

pk345 will respond to formal complaints within a reasonable timeframe. Where disputes cannot be resolved informally, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any formal legal proceedings.

Amendments to These Terms

pk345 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pk345 will take reasonable steps to notify registered players, which may include a notice displayed on the platform or an email to the registered address on file.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the pk345 platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
